hello, updated premiere pro cc latest version on windows 10 pc. since then, have issue sound in prores files recorded recorder odyssey 7q. premiere plays file , detects sound partially (in each file there our 2-3 sec moments of silence followed normal sound). it happens on premiere on windows. on macbook same premiere version, works fine. outside of premiere, can play prores files on windows (with sound). do know solutions issue? tried reinstalling premiere , quicktime codec on pc. in advance help. adobe , convergent design aware of issue , working on fix.  you'll have roll 2015.3 now. i installed recent version of photoshop cc.  having problem using wacom tablet though.  photoshop seems work okay if i'm using mouse when try use tablet starts lag.  it's not brush lag either (which does).  whole program slows down point of being unusable.  brush strokes take seconds render, takes seconds make new layer, etc.   so far have tried reinstalling tablet drivers, disabling , adjusting gpu drawing mode (advanced, basic) in performance tab.  i'm using windows 10 , checked tablet mode disabled i've read can cause problems.  ram usage has been left @ default 70%.   intel 6700k 4ghz 16gb ram radeon r9390   thanks! adobe pointed me this post seems have resolved issue. good afternoon.   i have captivate project 5 slides, each containing mp4 video file lasts 3-4 minutes. have videos set auto play, , navigation bar assigned them.  have slide duration set same duration video (which think problem).   the videos providing training people on how use software, i'm expecting bit of reply , fast forward people watching.   when play presentation, can choose fast forward video. if end of video before duration set slide, slide 'hangs', , waits until slide duration complete, before allowing presentation continue transitioning.   also, if spend long going backwards , forwards within video, , longer slide duration, can hear next slides start play. though can't see them. once slide move on, skips whatever has been playing in background.   any recommendations on best settings allow users spend time rewinding, pausing , fastforwarding within slide?     many thanks.   vikki if you've set these event videos own player skin, not linked slide timelin

hello, i’ve 1 actuell  adobe identity. there since 2005 registered products, use creative cloud (annual duration) , premiere elements on macos on imac.   as read, license permits use of software on 2 computers.   now i've set used laptop win10 , want  install lightroom.     unfortunately, message adobe identity  used activate software on 2 different computers. message not correspond facts. enabled device namely seems imacw.local. although installed on ipad still lr, not need, because not user-friendly, assume circumstance problem has no meaning, since unit not appears enabled , therefore not turn off.   for completeness: still found "old" , unused  adobe identity, not need , can deleted. there free creative cloud subscription (probably long since expired) - no device! - registered. maybe "second computer”?   wolfgang the message regarding 2 active installations apply 1 account.  maybe signed in twice without having signed out once? hello all.   recently have run problem number of employees finding when download pdf emailed them, pdf corrupt. can however, view pdf in email. it's after download it corrupt. when downloading 11mb pdf example, downloads @ 1.5mb , of course, says corrupt when try open it.   the users running windows 10 latest version of adobe reader. use office 365 our email. seems happen when users download pdf through outlook.office365.com web portal.   is there fix this, or needs done? problem pretty random, it's not every pdf. it has been advice 20 years...don't email pdf attachments. because happens. you'd think after time email manage deliver exact copy of sent nothing has improved.  More discussions in Acrobat Reader adobe

お世話になります。 現在会社でcs２を使用しております。pcはwindows７、メモリは４gbです。   photoshopcs2で作成したｐｓｄ形式のファイルを リンク画像として読み込ませて使用していた所、 突然ファイルを開こうとしても「photoshop形式のファイルを読み込めません」 と表示されファイルが開けなくなりました。   pcも前担当者から引き継いだpcなので前担当者にも問い合わせたところ、 pcメモリが足りないと開けないことがあったと伺い、メールなどすべての立ち上げ中の ソフトをいったん終了させたら開くことができました。 若しくは、いったんリンク画像を画質サイズを低くし、イラストレーターで開く→再び画質を挙げて開く を行っても開くことができました。   同様の症状が出た方、解決法ご存知の方いらっしゃいましたらお教え願いたく思います。 そもそもはwindows７未対応であるため様々エラーが起こること承知しておりますが、 現行の状況で何とかできる方法はないかと探っているところです。 よろしくお願い申し上げます。 まずは該当のファイルや操作に関して、 公式で動作保証している環境下で正常に動作するかどうかを 確認していただく必要があります。 そのうえで、データと環境のどちらが原因かを切り分けていくことになるでしょう。   いずれにおいても、現状では動作保証外の環境なのは違いありませんから、 その状況で何とかするというのは、自己責任において自ら対応できるかどうかになると思います。 対応が難しいようでしたら、対応している現行バージョンへの移行を 行われるのが望ましいところです。 Illustratorコミュニティフォーラム (Japan) でのその他のディスカッション adobe

my old imac 27 went down on me , replaced new imac 27 retina.   now experiencing strangest kind of color problem have ever encountered, far indesign. have not seen in photoshop, lightroom, bridge, online or in else images.   sometimes, images on indesign should. sometimes, same images flat , washed out. other times, super saturated.   the same image can flat , washed out, switch right before eyes super saturated! later might go flat again. next time scroll through, right... , on , on...   theoretically, should not affect final print product - same images way supposed when opened indesign photoshop, aggravating , annoying. indesign product onscreen close in real print job possible, if place counts how looks in photoshop.   does know going on? there can it?   thank you! if placing rgb images colors outside of cmyk gamut, brought document's cmyk space if turn on overprint/separation preview or if page has transparent object , transparency blend space cmyk.   but describing sounds mo

i used elearningbrother template create module in captivate 9. experienced loading issue once published html (the option available; learned forum because using s responsive project.). clients can not review published files local drive, in our lms or intranet. loading square buffering on screen....   however, after published adobe captivate prime, no more loading issues. original play head setting gone (hide play head when there quiz slide). instead default prime play head visible @ bottom of screen.   any ideas loading issues? thanks!   would better post on prime forum? for loading issue, did try lower preloader percentage? set 100% default. i have been using lr for  3 1/2 years on d360 , d7200. upgraded stand alone 6 in may 2016 , worked fine.  shoot in raw. in august images downloaded either split (picasso like) or have colourful streaks. happens raw images not jpeg. a few of raw photos come out fine well.   this coincidence around time started happening upgraded lr 6.  not sure number @ lr6.7 now. and downloaded cole's presets. have had camera, computer, sd card , card reader checked.  could not adobe.  frustrating , upsetting can't process of new photos. have no idea do. my images downloaded either split (picasso like) or have colourful streaks two troubleshooting steps:   1. uncheck option preferences > performance > use graphics processor.  update graphics driver directly manufacturer's site: adobe lightroom gpu troubleshooting , faq   2. if on windows nvidia graphics hardware, may have encountered bug in latest nvidia drivers , need roll back: image previews , thumbnails tiled or broken on window

i have several people scanning several documents several machines. these machines can save eps or tif. need takes these files , have them converted automatically pdfs ocr can searchable. using distiller, can halfway there. know can run batch in acrobat them rest of way, adds manual element , need done automatically. so, without paying $250 plug in , there way automatically have done? distiller cannot ocr. job of converting postscript pdf.   acrobat cannot used in automatic process other users. not allowed eula. can of course run manually whenever other users need it, if it's automated you're running server , need enterprise class software instead. or, install acrobat on each of machines. i work federal agency , not allowed use creative cloud application manager, our employees cannot download or install files on own, includes cc manager, or of cc apps within it.   instead, our department requires actual installation file (.exe) adobe audition cc can test in our operating environment , wrap own installation package around installation file include enterprise licensing.   is there way direct download of adobe audition 2015.2 (ver 9) installation file?   thanks. you should able through enterprise licensing. used work @ boeing, had same situation. can create own package deployment. i have created form in indesign, tidying using acrobat dc.   on page 24 rows, each 4 form fields, have been using "order tabs manually" drag-and-drop function ensure tab order correct.   the fields show in correct order in fields panel.   about half of fields working in correct order, reason tab order on pdf not match tab order in fields panel.   i have tried various combinations of shift-clicking , ctrl-clicking select groups of fields; have tried moving individual fields 1 @ time, still can't tab order on page match tab order in fields panel fields...only 50% seem work in correct order.   some of them work:   some of 'em don't (same pdf): any ideas?   thank you,   s. this bug adobe hasn't fixed yet, i'd urge submit bug report in hope increase priority.   feature request/bug report form More discussions in PDF Forms adobe

hi, have cmyk image of green vegetables , due colour restrictions on our printing press need move contents of cyan channel , new pms 307 spot channel , contents of magenta channel new pms 186 spot channel. process of doing fine when image not displaying correct on screen. of course expect image different greens turning brownish khaki colour not right. have proofing software can run high quality proof of original cmyk image , convert cyan 307 , magenta 186 outside of photoshop. proof shows adjustment expect no near can see in photoshop when make change. to further validate if wrong in photoshop have used same image , created 4 new spot channels in photoshop using process cyan, magenta, yellow , black pantone solid coated library. have transferred contents of each original cmyk channel relevant new spot channels , image not displaying same original cmyk channels. image dirtier original can't understand considering new process spot channels should same cmk channels. way image displaye
