Cumbersome interactive pdf for web based email

hello all-

i'm trying create interactive pdf students can use ask reference questions via email.  form works great using outlook desktop- form appears attachment to: field populated email connected submit button.  problem arises when user working web based email such gmail.  there @ least ten prompts login personal email account , pdf not show attached message - if user willing go through whole process.  have thoughts on this?  thanks.

my thought: give email, it's way unreliable , complicated. every web site form use web script. needs web programmer make however. better still use html form.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
