A roblem

okay after troubleshooting via these instructions ( oil paint grayed out in photoshop ) , lots of googling still unable oil paint filter work in photoshop. have gone on many threads , still unable check box use " open cl " in performance preferences inside photoshop due being grayed out .   i re-installed gc drivers. running windows 7 64bit system on ssd hard drive.   i unable find online saying whether or not graphics card compatible or not. , have been unsuccessful in troubleshooting problem.   i have ati radeon 3000 graphics card. not compatible?   help appreciated!   thanks! go > system info in photoshop , in graphics card section, tell me opencl version. hi,   i've been rendering content in after effects day today - create timelapses, i've been importing mov or mp4 files after effects , exporting them jpeg sequences, deleting bunch of jpegs, reimporting them ae , rendering them out mov files. after effects has decided start giving me errors during renders, specifically, 1 "error: photoshop file format error - out of memory.
