hi,   there lot of lagging while try use multi-camera option edit. on mac mini (10.12). have 47gb available on hard drive. have tried condensing files around 2gb 250 mb, have emptied loads of disk space on computer, have rendered vids, have installed latest software ...nothing working , it's still getting stuck. i'm pretty new adobe premier , kind of software in general if on here give me step step advice eternally grateful.   emine giving full list of hardware of mini useful. sort of thing can hardware-dependent.   os/cpu/ram/gpu/vram, precise number-dot-number version of prpro using (don't "latest" ... cc desktop app lies often), if there other drives available or in use on computer, , of course, plugins, 3rd party apps, or effects used on clips.   also ... what's media you're working? produced cameras, , codec, frame-size , frame rate.   neil More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe

i saw minor update premiere 2015.4. requested older version kept , not deleted, seem have clicked "ignore commend" somewhere, .3 version no found. around same time, had request os x minor security update 10.11.6 (15g1004).   since then, when load current projects try , create new projects large footage quantities, several minutes of "conforming" , "generating peek files" work see going on lower-right of window. however, ends crashing on file @ random times. bar graph not show progress. unable work on project has loaded, spinning beachball , system locks up. have force quite application , helpful "a serious error has occurred...." , have restart app.   when looking @ file working on, plays fine in finder preview , in fact, pek , cfa files there, not 0 bytes in length appear intact , working. have tried deleting .cfa , .pek files , letting them regenerated. same problem.   all files load fine. can't seem cfa , pek files complete doing whatever

i'm not sure it's worth money stay adobe.  have project, that's been on going, , made few final edits.  of course, after cc update , i'm assuming, update has not rendered ability, render videos useless.  export options grayed out.  went through trial period had expired, etc., resigned in.  export options grayed out except final cut pro.  thoughts?  need started like, now.  is timeline selected (highlighted in blue)? recently installed trial version of pse 14 , of commands "grayed out" per attached screen shot of "file" drop down.  available commands "get photos , videos" , "new"  i'm trying restore catalog pse 6 "restore catalog" command grayed out well.......any fixes?? you need click on media tab.  second tab in picture.  find   file >> restore catalog   you in organizer , of edits aren't available in window.  edit , perform advanced edits, need launch editor.  there link in welcome screen or can go there clicking on editor link under media tab.     hope helps. this doesn't happen every time, a  lot of time i'll go open 1 of illustrator files , message pops says "can't finish previewing. not complete requested operation." , opens files in outlines. find if restart computer , open 1 file, can work. lot of time i'll try open file or place image in file i"m working in , don't have enough memory storage complete operation. i'm not sure if these things related. you have memory issue. how ram have? how available hd space have? if have more 1 hd might check "scratch disk" settings in preferences. i have muse @ home. , @ office. i've been working on new page @ home, in it's own "site" file. i want put page in different site use office computer. is possible? it's one, long page graphics , embedded videos. would bring office computer, open in muse , copy content of page , paste page in other file? seems logical. yes. works way. don’t use "paste", "paste in place". and don’t forget switch on "paste remembers layers", can find right clicking onto „layers“ panel. somewhere along way, on last month or two, lightroom mobile stopped importing pictures taken on camera lightroom mobile catalog. can manually import them, had device set automatically import. it's still set. idea how can troubleshoot this? i've of course tried restarting etc. could double check within lr mobile ( top left lr icon in collections veiw) settings if auto-add photos + videos still enabled. if not, re-enable setting , set target collection auto import again. let me know if helps. - guido More discussions in Lightroom Classic CC adobe

hi, i've noticed different behaviors @ reproducing 2 kinds of ams hls streams. consider following 2 approaches: (a.) on-the-fly mp4 segmentation .ts files, out of hls apache module; (b.) offline pre-packaging, hlspackager.exe tool adobe. i need know robust , long living solution. we planning use flowplayer + dailymotion hls.js plugin on client side, support ams/apache hls streaming on compatible browsers.   now, approach (a.) results in video reproduction no sound demo , due issues transmuxing mp4 hls stream. approach (b.) instead works fine! demo and not seem depend on m3u8 manifest meta infos, fragments produced approach (a.) , referenced correctly in m3u8 manifest result in reproduction no sound.   solution (b) not optimal because doubles storage need , complicates publication workflow is there way have working on-the-fly mp4 segmentation? configuration or other means?   server instance: adobemediaserver5.0.10_x64 default bundled apache - standard , recommended config host: win

hi,   i working on manual creation, need merge 2 .ai files form a  single .ai file. worked on files individually , before uploading wind-chill need combine them. there process in combining 2 files? in document #1 "select all" , copy. turn on "paste remembers layers" in document #2, "artboards" panel, create new artboard center new artboard double-clicking right of name in artboard panel paste. should position clipboard content on new artboard , place content in layers of same name document #1. if same layers not exist in document #2 automatically create. hello community,   i working cs6 on windows 7 64 bit work station.   i want export audio portion of film wav file 5.1 channels @ 24 bit sampling rate. however, media encoder fails "unknown error"   if same thing sampling rate of 16 bit works perfectly.   also if change audio format wav mono channel works fine sampling rate of 24 bit   i pretty sure worked in past (i had redo system scratch due pc crash recently).   any ideas?   p.s. media encoder version working cs6 6.0.3.1 (64 bit) i playing around bit more system , found project doing in premiere pro cs6 can exported media encoder wav 24 bit file.   so asume error has project.   any ideas should for? i selected area , when hit delete, pixel near selection affected. anti-aliasing disabled , feather 0 also. how can avoid this? screen capture below hold down "ctrl" key , click on icon of type layer created. photoshop loads selection outlines correspond shape of type.this way text selected.this might helpful. hi there,   i assisting on animated tv show, , our company in la has asked every time duplicate frame have rename file. doing animatic our sequences thousands of jpegs or tiffs. had locked off 2 animatic sequences before request need go in , find duplicate images. tried using duplicate frame feature not seem work on still images, i'm guessing because there no timecode. there way can find duplicate images without trying go through 1 one.   we in premiere cc 2014.2   cheers alana in sequence,  no.   in bin, still no.  but...if sort name, you'll see there 2 of each.  it'll still 1 @ time, though. hello. lately have noticed after effects (latest version) started creating log files folder every project save. i save various version of each project number of valid reasons, , having 30 log folders each project work on annoying. is there way stop after effects creating these files? or @ least make save them in separate location? notice have set "errors only" log setting render preview , log folders created when no errors occur during rendering process. thank much. hi all, i trying cut out text image in illustrator. using version cs6 on dell xps 12.   i have combed internet instructions , have tried all, when follow same steps in illustrator not desired outcome. have created outlines text, made sure image , text on same layer, grouped (and ungrouped) , tried every option in pathfinder no avail. have done before image reason can't work time.   i tried making image clipping mask "shape" instead of "image," did nothing either.   if has tips, appreciate have spent hours trying figure out!   thanks! erin pathfinder not work path , image. instead, place text above image (it can live text), select both. you can use make mask button in transparency pallet cut text out of image. hi all,   in canvas fla-file i'm having strange problem while trying control timeline of symbol on stage.   the symbol has this.stop(); command on frame 0, timeline wont run unless tell to. place symbol few frames main timeline, , when animation reach frame see symbol stopped @ frame 0 of own timeline. great!   now if rewind animation , run second time, symbol begin playing own timeline , ignore this.stop(); command on own frame 0.   (you can try downloading testfile here: www.sunebjerre.dk/files/symboltest.fla can check console of browser log frame symbol playing)   surely must bug, right? or doing wrong? you're doing wrong.   to start, 'rewinding' mean you're directing main timeline frame 0.  re-execute code created on frame 0 doubling listeners etc.   to confirm, log listener calls etc made. hello all,   i'm running strange bug while using pen tool create new shape layers project i'm working on.   i'm using pen tool create new shape layer, using "stroke" command create outline on shape that's different color "fill" color.   i'm noticing when turn layer "on" , "off", "stroke" set different color disappearing (as if "stroke" set "no color", despite i'm seeing in toolbar -- "stroke" still set color chose).   the way "stroke" color want go in , set both "fill" , "stroke" "no color", going , picking color again -- display correctly.   but when move layers around (or turn on , off), of shape layers have set "stroke" once again show "stroke" having "no color" (although of course still do).   it's not consistent, , should point out particular piece of artwork has lots , lots of shape layers.   i've tri
