Illustrator CC 2015 3.1 - Guides won't work when zoomed in at 64000%

hi there, first post.

 

i packaging designer , have been using illustrator 20 years now. have upgraded latest version of illustrator , have noticed when zoomed in close zoom in 64000% when grab guide , place on artwork dieline guide doesn't show up, have zoom out few steps grab guide zoom in 64000% , adjust on artwork.

 

it happens 50% of time.

 

just wondering if has had same issue or if there fix.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
