Maximum .iso Size for Blu Ray

is there rule of thumb maximum iso file size burn standard 25gb blu ray?

 

i manged iso 23.95 gb have windows file explorer tell me file large (to fit onto blank/virgin 25 gb blu ray disc).

 

it time-consuming find sweet-spot trial , error ...repeating export step premiere pro @ various compression levels, , subsequent disc build step in encore.

 

surely pros here know experience fits?

 

(an admittedly quick google search on has been remarkably unproductive question mainstream this.)

you don't size windows explorer. example, iso burned onto disk dvd or bd may large "copied" onto such disk.

 

a burning app must know burning bluray image. if app tells large, that's problem.

 

as long encore building image, should create image fit.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
