InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll

hi,

my indesign cc 2015 crashes after loading "bedienelemente" right after switches startscreen program (creative cloud, rest works fine, win10)

 

i tried

- deleting pref files,

- deleting whole creative cloud, cleaning , reinstalling,

- after detecting plugplugowl.dll problem in error log, copied 1 working photoshop cc, without success

thanks informing issue.

try trashing preferences , cache renaming folders mentioned @ https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/indesign-preferences-support-file-locations.html

i not help, may need crash dump via dropbox @ monsingh@adobe.com

    to create crash dump, please follow below mentioned steps:

  • as indesign crash, don't quit program.
  • go task manager, right click application , click on create dump
  • once dump created prompt location created.
  • copy , send.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
