how would i re create this effect?

first thing ask 1 made it. many times kind enough tell me how or @ least give me direction. can't sure if actual fur simulation through 3d software of kind of 2d distortion effect or effects. there 3rd party plugin make type of thing realistic

 

you can find under distort effects in ae effects close type of effect. have made screenshot of fur , liquify , forth. whole lot better effect. on distort - maybe work done designed , animated displacement map. let's see others suggest.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
