Typekit licensing and font copyright.

hello typekit team , fellow people in community,

i trying clarification use of typekit , fonts commercial use. we're videogame publisher , our marketing team uses creative cloud teams make creative assets our games.

here of questions have been asked our management team:

1.    are fonts in type kit ok commercial use?

2. of following uses, ok , not ok?  vary font, or terms same across whole library?

    • making logos? can such logos used:
      • on game package
      • in pr communications (emails, press releases, etc)
      • in video trailers
      • on our website
      • in game's title screen (note, .ai or .png format)
  • marketing copy
    • on game package
    • in emails , newsletters
    • in trailers
    • on our website

3. fonts ok worldwide usage, meaning assets create may distributed worldwide?

4. can fonts modified? (ie, let's letter "w" hard read. can modify it?)

5. there other limitations should aware of?

6. distribution of asset ok perpetually after asset has been created?  in other words, if make newsletter using creative cloud , later discontinue our service, newsletter can still distributed, correct? long asset created while our subscription active?

7. adobe offer kind of warranty or indemnification against claims of copyright infringement (for particular font)?

we understand distribution of font illegal since considered software. font file cannot go game graphic created using font allowed, correct?
