Exporting audio as a 5.1 WAV file with 24 bit sample rate fails

hello community,

 

i working cs6 on windows 7 64 bit work station.

 

i want export audio portion of film wav file 5.1 channels @ 24 bit sampling rate. however, media encoder fails "unknown error"

 

if same thing sampling rate of 16 bit works perfectly.

 

also if change audio format wav mono channel works fine sampling rate of 24 bit

 

i pretty sure worked in past (i had redo system scratch due pc crash recently).

 

any ideas?

 

p.s. media encoder version working cs6 6.0.3.1 (64 bit)

i playing around bit more system , found project doing in premiere pro cs6 can exported media encoder wav 24 bit file.

 

so asume error has project.

 

any ideas should for?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
