Problems after updating to Premiere 2015.4 (mac)

2015.4 release

macbook pro (retina)

2.8 ghz intel core i7

16gb ram

amd radeon r9 m370x 2048 mb

 

information on project

around 400 videos (it's one-second-a-day project kids) linked project, through 1 external drive, 1 sd card , internal hard drive.

 

i updated premiere 2015.4 , has not been running since then. when first launched app, after updating gave me notice needing dolby codec. did not try install it. app running extremely slow , freezes. program slows down when locating media, , when previews being generated links. when offline sd card , external drive videos, still same slow performance, edit not playing, , crashing.

 

i have tried hard resetting app (holding down shift+command @ program through program launch screen), , uninstalling , installing software, problem persists.

 

any thoughts try? thanks!

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
