Photoshop Elements 13 (Camera RAW) Editor in 4K Problem

hey guys i'm new adobe forums , i've been having problem new laptop , pse-13.

 

the scenario i'm moving dorm in college in few weeks , had few hundred dollars spend on new laptop since old laptop (a 1440x780 laptop) use upgrade since i wanted take editing better resolution went out , bought uhd 4k laptop (3840x2160); oh laptop great every picture i've ever taken looks more crisp , colorful on laptop versus old one. so after downloading , software , newest drivers noticed little odd. itunes application looks not sharp versus google chrome. okay weird.

 

then came day when wanted go shoot outside see how great raw images in new laptop, shot outside bit came , opened photoshop elements 13 , opened images in camera raw (which up-to-date) , baffled, images looked great but icons, buttons, sliders, , text small not see them (also updater , installer product suffered same thing happened itunes, not sharp pixelated , guess why of software's dialogue boxes normal sized pixelated or small can't read or see says because it's laptop , 15" screen uhd 4k doesn't make sense software or something, don't know.

 

my overall problem "all dialogue boxes in software small or pixelated."

my question "how fix it?"

i'd know think problem possible solution.

try experimenting pref settings. options hidpi monitors introduced in preferences pse13 , pse14. there 3 possible settings

automatic

small 100%

large 200%

 

 

go preferences change. see image. after choose e.g. 200% must click ok, close editor , re-launch again settings take effect.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
