Acrobat Reader DC 15.017.20050 and (523:523)

hello,

we seeing issues within our applications calling pdf archive show in viewer web based.  error shows is:

"there problem adobe acrobat/reader. if running, please exit , try again. (523:523)".

 

it intermittent reason , in process of trying pull straight url internet explorer see if occurs, taking time.  while investigating, looks if roll version 15.010.20056 of dc, no longer have issue.  strange considering if go bug fixes section of next planned update version 15.016.20039, shows:

 

browser

4062581: acrobat not able open pdf file in ie browser in particular scenario.

4081669: ie shows error 523:523 when navigating “back” pdf document.

3992648: 3rd party plugins not accessible when reader runs in internet explorer.

 

my discussion shows version 15.017.20050 happening on, appear happen on 15.016.20039 well.  15.016.20039 supposed have fixed!  os occurring on windows server 2008 r2 internet explorer 11 , 10.  these citrix xenapp 6.5 servers users using when error.

 

to add this, in previous discussions on error; users told try , disable protected mode resolve issue.  not possible in our environment due other 3rd party application integration.  required have protected mode enabled.

 

i not sure, me looks these issues not resolved in 15.016.20039 version , have not been addressed since then.  can confirm these fixes have been part of later releases?  if not, can estimated date on when resolved?  hate roll previous version due security concerns.  have suggestions fixes?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
