Must Force Quit Muse (won't quit normally)

hi , h-e-l-p!!!

 

i have muse cc 2015.2 latest update installed on macbook pro (mid 2012, retina) , imac (mid 2011), both running on latest ios el capitan update.

 

this issue effects macbook pro , not imac. when quit muse, spinning wheel while though program goes away screen, , icon in dock still has dot indicating open. right click , force quit - quit , prompted report issue (which have done several times).

 

i have uninstalled , reinstalled.

 

i on macbook pro, 15" (mid 2012, retina)

os 10.11.5 el capitan

2.6 intel core i7

8 gb 1600 mhz ddr3

nvidia geforce gt 650m 1024 mb

for me have same problem, every time when quit, muse disappears, indeed in dock there spot beneath it still open. , solution 'force quit'. work imac 5k end 2015. @ home have same problem.

 

i'am looking forward answer...

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
