Reviewer closes mid-stream

lately, reviewers have been expressing concern reviewer lets them review point in file , closes automatically.  after careful review of source file, there nothing prompts file close automatically.  i have asked reviewers close captivate reviewer process task manager before opening crev file each time.  unfortunately not solving issue.  is there another, different, solution propose?  the module under review has high level of interactivity , our network has small bandwidth.  should i suggest further our reviewer save copy of crev desktop, insert comments, copy newly-saved file network me retrieve?  thanks help!

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
