Fixed Navbar wont collapse like I want it too

hello all, hoping get  navigation bar , maybe answer few questions. first must explain chose make navbar "fixed" seen when scrolling.  works when width above 768px.

 

1. when screen minimizes below 768 navbar no longer color had chosen it. appears transparent because when scroll page can see text of other paragraphs under navbar.

2. when screen minimizes below 768 sandwich icon not correct. see square box icon exist 3 or 4 little horizontal lines disappear.

3. see @media designer panel. have link @ explains panel. learn using @media functionality.

crazies thing. fixed #2 above. add .navbar-default navbar header. sandwich looks correct. still need color or #1.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
