After Effects 2015 not available to download

hi,

 

i've downloaded cc app onto computer @ work.  have been using cs6 time on computer wanted install latest version on because other workstation here has recent versions of creative cloud apps.  however, on machine recent version of after effects not available download.  doesn't appear in list of apps.

 

i check system requirements , i'm sure have met them all.  64 bit operating system, 12gb ram, i7 processor etc.  i've tried unistalling , reinstalling creative cloud app problem still there.  able download 2014 version of after effects prefer have 2015 version both workstations here had same.

 

has else experienced problem?

normally if application not listed in available downloads means system not meet requiremnts application.  after effects - http://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/system-requirements.html

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
