PDF Attachments Randomly Corrupt on Download

hello all.

 

recently have run problem number of employees finding when download pdf emailed them, pdf corrupt. can however, view pdf in email. it's after download it corrupt. when downloading 11mb pdf example, downloads @ 1.5mb , of course, says corrupt when try open it.

 

the users running windows 10 latest version of adobe reader. use office 365 our email. seems happen when users download pdf through outlook.office365.com web portal.

 

is there fix this, or needs done? problem pretty random, it's not every pdf.

it has been advice 20 years...don't email pdf attachments. because happens. you'd think after time email manage deliver exact copy of sent nothing has improved.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
