Experiencing a loading issue with a Module Created in Captivate 9

i used elearningbrother template create module in captivate 9. experienced loading issue once published html (the option available; learned forum because using s responsive project.). clients can not review published files local drive, in our lms or intranet. loading square buffering on screen....

 

however, after published adobe captivate prime, no more loading issues. original play head setting gone (hide play head when there quiz slide). instead default prime play head visible @ bottom of screen.

 

any ideas loading issues? thanks!

would better post on prime forum?

for loading issue, did try lower preloader percentage? set 100% default.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
