wrong message: adobe identity already used on two different computers

hello,

i’ve 1 actuell  adobe identity. there since 2005 registered products, use creative cloud (annual duration) , premiere elements on macos on imac.

 

as read, license permits use of software on 2 computers.

 

now i've set used laptop win10 , want  install lightroom.

 

 

unfortunately, message adobe identity  used activate software on 2 different computers. message not correspond facts. enabled device namely seems imacw.local. although installed on ipad still lr, not need, because not user-friendly, assume circumstance problem has no meaning, since unit not appears enabled , therefore not turn off.

 

for completeness: still found "old" , unused  adobe identity, not need , can deleted. there free creative cloud subscription (probably long since expired) - no device! - registered. maybe "second computer”?

the message regarding 2 active installations apply 1 account.  maybe signed in twice without having signed out once?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
