Illustrator shuts down when importing .svg files

i on windows 7. using illustrator cs6 , photoshop cc 2015.5 both of date.

 

i going merrily along exporting "psd" "svg" , importing/linking svg files in illustrator when stopped working, , illustrator shutting down. attend school , still works fine @ school (on mac machines).

 

i have uninstalled , re-installed both illustrator cs6 , photoshop cc. i've gone previous windows registry restore points. run virus scan (with no issues found).

 

so, i'm thinking shared files or dll or within adobe apps got corrupted.

 

please help.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
