Lightroom 6 crashes as soon as Email Photo is clicked

as mentioned, right click "email photo" or export "for email" clicked, lightroom crashes. can see ghosted dialog behind windows close program dialog correctly shows outlook being email choice, can never dialog change settings.

 

i have renamed preferences , let them rebuild scratch no luck. have followed every thread can find on version of , nothing has helped.

ironically, email hard drive has no issues.

 

latest 6.6, win 7 64bit.

 

any way delete or edit file able make other choices email? savvy , edit needed.

 

appreciate help.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
