Unable to Download eBooks

i'm trying download library books overdrive.

 

strangely, can download 1 book not another. error:

e lic fulfilled user

 

i've tried unauthorising, uninstalling , reinstalling; doing steps different browser , doing steps antivirus , firewall turned off. however, no avail. i'm using version 4.5 on windows 7.

 

all appreciated. thanks!

i have windows 10 maybe i'm saying wont match.

on start menu go command prompt

 

type in .. regedit

 

look adobe section , delete folder adept

 

the book downloaded reopen

 

ade ask sign in again.

should work after that

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
