Tablet causing lag

i installed recent version of photoshop cc.  having problem using wacom tablet though.  photoshop seems work okay if i'm using mouse when try use tablet starts lag.  it's not brush lag either (which does).  whole program slows down point of being unusable.  brush strokes take seconds render, takes seconds make new layer, etc.

 

so far have tried reinstalling tablet drivers, disabling , adjusting gpu drawing mode (advanced, basic) in performance tab.  i'm using windows 10 , checked tablet mode disabled i've read can cause problems.  ram usage has been left @ default 70%.

 

intel 6700k 4ghz

16gb ram

radeon r9390

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
