Has anybody gotten Captivate Reviewer to work?

i have several stakeholders need review work, have yet reviewer work.  all error messages.  

when opened first time, asked if wanted check updates.  i clicked yes, , said there error finding updates.  no explanation.

every time attempt load 1 of zip files of project, message:

reviewer admin

i administrator , have administrative rights on desktop.  

i see nothing mentioning reviewer in community after 2013, , that's in reference version 5.

all users need run reviewer in administrative mode in order work. may require getting staff involved allow happen.

 

not that, each reviewer need adobe air runtime installed reviewer air application. can open crev file.

 

sooo, bottom line have few hoops jump through.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
