Is there any way to swap an embedded graphic with a new one?

i'm stumped on one, newbie fm, i'm stumped.

i have full page graphic may in anchored frame. right above caption.

 

it's screenshot, , need replace screengrab updated one.

 

if delete original graphic, frame collapses , don't seem able select within frame more. if import new graphic, goes separate area , when try move anywhere near original frame, error message, effect anchored frame, have use sort of special procedure.

 

i'm used programs (such word), graphic can selected, right-clicked, , new graphic placed, same size, same parameters.

 

is there way swap in framemaker?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
