Quality Loss In Export (PC Recorded Video)

hello, use adobe premiere export videos. have struggled finding right settings, never found settings liked settled next best thing, today tried achieving quality want, not successful in doing so. resort forums, if can me find settings minimal quality loss possible, great! settings use following: codec h.264, resolution 1080p (1920x1080), frame rate 60, field order proggressive, aspect squarepixels (1.0), profiles high, level 5.1, bitrate encoding vbr. 1 pass, target bitrate 50.

what specs of source video -- frame size, frame rate, codec?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
