Indesign goes slow when multiple pages are viewed

hello,

this first post here i'd thank in advance help.

 

i'm working 2gb indesign file, 100 pages , lot of graphics on imac retina 5k, intel i7 processor , 16gb of ddr3 ram. when scroll resized pages (they sized thumbnail) notice cpu goes near 100% , goes slow.

 

i know it's quite common, due heavy-load on cpu, know indesing needs redraw each page shown, wondering if know tricks operation done without slowing down system.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
