hi, folks. i'm having odd problem started 15.2 , continuing in 15.2.1. i'm running retina imac el capitan. problem happens in hires mode. when run animate in lowres mode goes away. right quarter of pasteboard has turned black. when scroll zoomed in project objects hover on black zone. when scrub timeline move objects leave trails in black zone. not happening on macbook pro retina in hires running sierra beta , animate 15.2. it's problem imac. experiencing same? ati vs nvidia problem? sierra better @ running app? here's image of problem. can see right side of work area black except symbols have overlapped in past. there trails of cafe background. hi, make hundreds of training films greenscreen later gets white background. looks cool in our white website, however, video's have grey border. happens cpmpletely @ random. know, because produce them in same way... looks adobe bug of sorts. hope can help. time-consuming export same video 3 or 4 times, doesn't have grey border fourth time. i've got new , serious problem audition 9.2.1.19. every time save work , load again, balance settings set center. takes me 2 hours of work every time put them in place, reset again save , later load sesx-file again. right can not close either program or file down, remove balance-entered settings. know problem. quite serious , works quite amateurish. i've been using audition long before adobe bought , have never had similar problem until last update.     help me please i'm screwed how setting pan positions? using pan knob in each track header, on clip pan envelope or automation lanes? sounds if may have inadvertently recorded pan automation  envelopes. try selecting off instead of default read in automation box , see if pan settings stay put.   you may able post .sesx file can interpret contents see if there amiss stored data. a couple days after launching cloud based indesign, photoshop cs4 asked me enter serial code. did , got message. i switched work computer pc mac, have worked on macs years i'm not newbie. in acrobat, it's not allowing me print double-sided. have printed computer same printer (canon ir-adv c5030/5035 ufr ii) other programs, , allows me print double-sided fine. seems though acrobat doesn't recognize double-sided option on printer. other resources says download new drivers printer, doesn't make sense since other programs print double-sided.   has experience before? i recommend download new driver, indicates driver not passing on correct information acrobat. we're having serious problem premiere using our new mac pros (late 2013), macos 10.11.6. bands of video noise appear on 1 of layers video being played back. on latest release of product (2015.3/10.3.0) , pro has dual amd firepro d700-6gb vram video. sequence having problem 1920x1080 4k layer (studio green-screen) on 1920x1080 sequence various background layers. individual layers play fine themselves, problem appears when combined. this past month grabbed surface pro 4 intent of using pretty entirely run illustrator. really, wanted it, there major problem: it'd ignore first half-second or of every stylus stroke, , ignore rapid little strokes, leading results this. the internet suggested uninstalling bunch of drivers didn't exist on surface 4 pro; couple weeks after got it, there updates of both ai , surface, neither of fixed this. returned it.   i loved being able whip out tablet , fool around in illustrator in smaller spaces needed laptop , wacom tablet. since had print-resolution display let me goodbye anti-aliasing errors clipping masks illustrator's preview has had years. simultaneously wonderful , frustrating; here's device lets me use ai casually pulling sketchbook out of bag... penalizes me whenever try draw @ speed i'm used to. battery issues, occasional refusal talk bluetooth keyboard when woke up, live with. not accurately recording lines, couldn't.   i wondering if anyone's ...

hello,   as far can determine, happened:   1. i've been taking pictures lightroom mobile iphone 7 plus, saving them in dng.   2. signed cc 30-day trial upload dng files , them onto mac (i read way, trying transfer images via imagecapture on mac transferred jpegs camera roll).   3. lightroom mobile on iphone 7 plus reported photos had finished syncing.   4. signed in onto cc on lightroom 5 on mac.   5. didn't see of dng files being downloaded, turned on 'sync lightroom mobile'.   6. there warning dialog @ time catalog replaced, didn't realize meant delete dng files on web instead of sync. promptly happened.   7. clicked on 'view synced collections on web' under 'help' , saw 0 files there.   8. real horror came when went lightroom mobile on iphone 7 plus , discovered dng files had been wiped off phone. can't find them!   question: still possible recover dng files, , if so, how? this happened me - trying sync , warning on laptop did files...

all did, purchase adobe premiere, , reason, when not running it, still have of these applications running. doing, necessary them running time (i cannot imagine why) . please explain this, worries me. can do, change this?   adobe has stuff running keep eye on ( cloud)  , slow down load time of applications.   they used load , allow user work creative tools  fast.    now time consuming drag of no benefit pro user! hi,   my initial problem when updating, creative cloud crashes. figured i'd uninstall , reinstall creative cloud , maybe it'll solve problem.   i try run applications/utilities/adobe installers/ uninstall adobe creative cloud . "impossible uninstall creative cloud desktop. still have creative cloud applications need program."   fine let's run applications/utilities/adobe installers/ uninstall adobe photoshop cc 2015.5 . starts creative cloud. creative clouds allows me either install update (which causes initial crash), or quit.   i feel in dead end here.   how can uninstall creative cloud? i work pscc 2015 , pscc 2015.5 versions. open files in photoshop select thumbnail in bridge call contextual menu open , select appropriate photoshop version. process works fine, cumbersome when doing 100 times in 10hrs. have been unable assign keyboard short cut each photoshop version in bridge speedup file opening. idea create ui dialog options chose photoshop version use. after images selected in bridge ui dialog called return key on keyboard.   is possible in bridge, creating custom ui dialog serves option chose version use selected image thumbnail? is there reference script can modify create ui?   mac osx environment hello   you can use detect adobe apps , versions intalled. it returns array can load ui window. it works same bridge, photoshop or other adobe apps if not opened.   bridgetalk.gettargets ('-100').join("\n");   it start, hope helps. i purchased few weeks ago nikon d500 (c1.02/ld2.013). when open photos taken camera in adobe photoshop lightroom (version 6.6.1, camera raw 9.6), jpg-photos should raw-photos (nef) weird , histogram shows there’s wrong in photo. when open photos in viewnx-i, both jpg- , raw-files ok , histograms should be. i have other nikon cameras (f.ex. nikon d7000) , there’s no problems raw-files in lightroom. raw-photos taken nikon d500 someway different , lightroom/camera raw seems them quite long time (longer normally) when opening photos development. i have tested problem different setups in camera (f.ex. srgb -> adobe rgb) , tried change settings in lightroom, nothing helps. have contacted nikon helpdesk  said it’s adobes problem, not theirs…. bonjour,   j'ai une question assez pointue.   j'ai créé un personnage 3d sous fuse, passé par mixamo, et téléchargé un fichier .dae compatible photoshop.   je souhaite créer des actions automatiques sous photoshop cc. tout fonctionne bien sauf 1 élément.   en effet, j'ai sauvegardé un fichier .p3l, d'un autre fichier 3d, pour les lumières et j'essaie de les importer en actions automatiques enregistrées.   quand je le fait à la main, aucun souci, tout fonctionne très bien. cependant dès que j'enregistre l'action et que je lance l'action, le logiciel me dit "la commande "ajouter des éclairages 3d à partir du paramètre prédéfini..." n'est pas disponible. que je fasse "continuer" ou "arrêter" il ajoute bien les lumières mais en double ! (c'est à dire, par exemple, au lieu de 3 lumières, il m'en met 6)....

hi   hab meinen pc neu aufgesetzt und kein backup der adobe cloud und apps gemacht. nun habe ich die cloud wider auf dem pc, nur photoshop ua. lassen sich nicht installieren. habe versuchsweise indesign verucht zu installieren, das geht... beim versuch ps (oder auf ai oder ae) zu installieren kommt eine fehlermeldung mit verlinkung hierzu "visual c++ runtime 2015 – erforderliche aktualisierung"   nachdem ich probleme beim updaten hatte, habe ich mich adobe support gewandt, die auch nur meinten, ich brauche dieses c++ runtime. das habe ich mittlerweile auch erfolgrein installiert (plugins vom support gezeigt bekommen) aber es geht trozdem nicht!   wenn ich auf ps "installieren" drücke kommt sofort die fehlermeldung, dabei habe ich die plugins!   bitte um hilfe, vllt. muss ich die cloud auch de- und neu installieren?     danke christoph upsi, auf einmal gehts, hat wohl mit nem neustart inkl. aktualisierung zu tun.  yeeha!  More discuss...

“リンク画像を多数配置したイラストレーター.ai／eps”をインデザンに貼り込んだ本文データを入稿しました。   イラストレーターに画像を埋め込んだデータと埋め込まずにリンク状態のままの画像データが混在していたのですが、 そのリンクデータ（以降元データと表記します）を印刷所には渡しておりませんでした。 色校が出てからその事に気づいたのですが、印刷所からは特に何も連絡がなかったですし、出力も問題なく出ていました。   私は今まで、イラストレーター上でリンク状態（埋め込んでいない）のデータをインデザインに貼り込んでいる場合は、 その元データも一緒に印刷所に渡しておかないと、ガタガタのプレビュー画像になってしまう…という認識でいたのですが、 そうではないのでしょうか？   勿論元データ自体を補整等する場合は、データがないと出来ない…ですが、 印刷所で単純に出力だけで済む場合は、元データはなくても支障がない…と考えていいのでしょうか？   この元データの収集作業が色々な理由から、非常に労力がかかりまして（applescriptの収集機能は知っています）、 入稿まで時間的に厳しい場合は、この作業が省けると大変助かります。   また、一律で元データを送ってください…とか印刷所に要求された場合、 出力自体には全く問題がないので、もし修正の必要のあるデータがあれば後送します…とか言えるといいのですが。   元データがなければ、出力時に劣化していないように見えても、本来のデータの色味とは違ってしまう…等があれば、 やはり元データも添付が必須かと思いますが、 そのアタリ、正確な事を知っておきたいですので、お判りになる方がいらっしゃいましたらご教示願えませんでしょうか？ 直接配置しているデータ内に配置データが含まれていれば問題はありません。 勿論、ご認識のように該当データの修正や問題がないことが大前提です。   illustratorの場合、保存時点の設定によって結果が変わります。 ai形式：「pdf互換ファイル作成」の設定によって配置データが保持されると 同時に、それががないと別アプリケーションでの配置処理自...

hello everyone,   thanks in advance, , excuse english   i've got issue working full screen in photoshop cc 2015. whenever pressing "f" either pressing "tab" or moving tools panels instead of disappear or moved, left empty black space. working area keeps small , object collaiding black area desapear behind.   i've supose hardware issue coming computer, have no idea find solution.   i've got similar issue in after effects cc 2015. whenever modify scene panel, composition previewed, or panel around, scene panel generates empty spaces on top , on bottom. in case, moving composition's preview on areas make disappear behind gray or empty spaces. i've got work @ 3,33% scale preview making impossible. i.e.: add second panel preview top view or camera view have open panel, make size wonder fine, restart ae , composition previewing correctly in each window.   my specs: microsoft windows 10 home quadcore intel core i7-6700k, 4200 mhz (42 x 100) asus maximus...

i'm trying write script, using extendscript/javascript requires red, green , blue channels, available 3 separate grayscale images, merged rgb images.  of course can done photoshop channels menu, things users if done javascript.  suggestions?  mechanism writing 1 channel in javascript help  -- can 3 channels , i'm there.   the real problem have projector misaligned rgb components, not problem, give colored artefacts on black , white images.  i'm trying create image red , blue components moved in opposite direction project better. have in adobe scripting guide , adobe scripting languages references?
