Permanent removal of files - CS3

i manage content on site motorcycle club in cs3. each month, post new file of 30mb , remove older 1 of equal size. after 6 years of practice, site running slowly, taking forever files load. 1 member of club tech genius , told me old files still out there, though can't see them in software. went on further it's accumulated size of total content that's causing things run slowly. first off, can true , secondly, how access these "ghost files" , permanently remove them? appreciated.

which files removing -- local site or remote server files?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
