Creative Cloud will not download to my Mac

hi,

i have been until happy user of photographers subscription adobe creative cloud , have checked see paid up.

 

a few months ago cc update not load , same has happened current update. have, believe, followed of instructions re clean , uninstall apps. result have no longer copy of photoshop or lightroom on machine.

 

after down loading cc installer starts when reaches download app stage progress bar disappears screen.

 

activiy monitor shows there no adobe products running.

 

my laptop uses same connection internet , not appear have problems.

 

as stated above believe have tried suggestions on adobe site , @ complete loss next.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
