Is my overall AE and ME perforemence extremely slow or am i just delusional...

hey guys.

i've bought new computer , i'm using after effects cc 2015 , media encoder cc 2015 youtube projects.

my specs are:

cpu: i7 6700k.

gpu: gtx 1070

ram: 16gb of ddr4 2400mhz

ssd: samsung 850 pro 512gb.

hhd: western digital caviar black 2tb.
system: windows 10 pro 64bit

 

external effects used:
trapcode & sound keys & twitch

basically old computer very slow, had gtx 210 think, i5 750 , slow hhd.

it took me hours render videos other people rendered in less 40 minutes , got sick , tired of , invested in ultra computer gaming , rendering.

but surprise computer performing worse other people told me computers perform lesser (lot lesser) specs.

i can't figure out if wrong ae or system in general or expectations high , performance im receiving right on dot of should , good.

this project file project trying render adobe media encoder , after effects (same render time both).

it takes me 2 , half hours render project.

also when preview render in after effects gives me 1-2 seconds of real time , goes not real time preview rendering 15 fps out of 60 quarter quality , 1-2 fps on full quality.

so i'm confused.

please if can, download project file , render on computer , tell me how long takes , if wrong pc tell me how can improve best render time possible !

 

my render settings are:

h.264

60fps

vbr 1

10-12 bit-rate

use maximum render quality

there's zillion bugs in cc 2015.x versions of ae , that's there say.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
