working with template - printready pdf has different measurements?

hi experts!

 

i hoping find answer beginner's question.

to start with: more or less new indesign, having (almost) finished first brochure (yipiiieeh!).

 

problem in nutshell:

i've been working on brochure using document setups former work. so, both brochures have following setup:

 

as former brochure has been printed, have printready file showing 878.4 x 294.2 mm in pdf file.

when save work, measurements in pdf file following: 884.4 x 300.2mm.

 

as brochure meant collapsible, these measurements important, in understanding.

i afraid we'll send printer , comes totally destroyed because i've overseen settings....

 

therefore, thank in advance help!

it looks me pdf includes 3mm bleed, , no marks.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
