Premiere Pro 2015.4 & Media Encoder Crash on startup

hi all,

 

when starting pp2015.4 , me dialogue box saying has stopped working, , windows notify me if solution found.

lightroom , photoshop still working fine.

 

i have tried:

 

  • reinstall.
  • reinstall different directory
  • updated creative cloud app.

 

this has started happening since installed latest update.

 

i using win7 64-bit sp1, i5 760, 12gb of ram, ati radeon hd 4770 latest drivers.

 

any thoughts?

try creating new admin user account , open program there.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
