Export Presets have disappeared

i had uninstall , reinstall lightroom.  can no longer find export presets.  they?  hope can still access them because have no idea how re-enter preferences.  have exports social media , making photo books , cannot remember settings had use.  no longer have watermarks created.  assistance appreciated. 

if have not set store presets catalog , presets enable:

search drive folder:

c:\users\youraccountname\appdata\roaming\adobe\lightroom\export presets\user presets

that's should be.

 

if have set store catalog, find them in same folder catalog is. in case, opening catalog not automatically bring them new/other catalog.

 

search search *.lrtemplate

 

what purpose of "store presets catalog" option? | lightroom forums

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
