Problems uninstalling Creative Cloud

hi,

 

my initial problem when updating, creative cloud crashes. figured i'd uninstall , reinstall creative cloud , maybe it'll solve problem.

 

i try run applications/utilities/adobe installers/uninstall adobe creative cloud.

"impossible uninstall creative cloud desktop. still have creative cloud applications need program."

 

fine let's run applications/utilities/adobe installers/uninstall adobe photoshop cc 2015.5. starts creative cloud. creative clouds allows me either install update (which causes initial crash), or quit.

 

i feel in dead end here.

 

how can uninstall creative cloud? (or how can update creative cloud without uninstalling it?)

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
