Audio doesn't play on 3rd quiz question

i using captivate 9 in windows 7 enterprise , have tried every available flash player , publish option. no matter knowledge check or quiz question put in 3rd position, audio not play. however, if answer question, go forward , back, audio plays? using tts audio, works great on every slide , have tried exporting audio , importing wav files , doesn't good. i've rebuilt quiz scratch in new project using both knowledge check , quiz slides. no joy. i've tried can think of , couldn't find similar here. has run and/or fixed it?

sounds may have found kind of obscure bug.  log adobe.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
