Multiple problems

hello, bought new computer today , installed software suite creative cloud (photoshop, premiere, after effects). regular adobe products because make living them. except i'm on *** recent events , arrive anything! ( sorry english, it's not language )

 

- if open premiere , close, still have go task manager close!

- regardless of video (the same work years) place in premiere, have no video playback! ( hear sound )

- if press "space" it's like-if listened video nothing moves

- uninstall , reinstall premiere ( nothing changes )

- use tool: adobecreativecloudcleanertool ( ( nothing changes )

- installed premiere cc 2014 , have same result o_o

- gpu mercury playback or playback change anything

mb: rog maximus viii hero z170 [socket 1151]

cpu: intel i7 6700k 4.0 ghz

ram: kingston hyperx ddr4 2x8gb [ 16 go ] 2133 mhz
gpu: zotac gtx 1070 8go

 

i can play games ( gta v, rocket league, beamng, overwatch ), drivers updated , seems stable. after effects , photoshop works fine

do not count on windows date when comes device drivers

go vendor site sure have updated driver graphic adapter

•nvidia driver downloads http://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

 

there times latest nvidia driver has problems, may need experiment earlier drivers

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
