Last update Photoshop CC won't install Errors 160 and 184

it downloads way , says installation failed.

 

at first thought because upgraded windows 10. went 7 , photoshop still won't install. uninstalled photoshop , creative cloud, reinstalled creative cloud, photoshop won't install. i've been going through motions of trouble shooting , checking forums time suggested fix 1 thing, says other.

 

the 160 error gives text when click more information (this last 1 attempted, don't have other message):

uninstall cc including cc desktop app, uninstall adobe creative cloud desktop application

clean computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart computer (don't skip this)

reinstall cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use desktop app install cc programs/trials

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
