On Full screen mode, panel tools go black

i've got issue working full screen in photoshop cc 2015. whenever pressing "f" either pressing "tab" or moving tools panels instead of disappear or moved, left empty black space. working area keeps small , object collaiding black area desapear behind.

 

i've supose hardware issue coming computer, have no idea find solution.

 

i've got similar issue in after effects cc 2015. whenever modify scene panel, composition previewed, or panel around, scene panel generates empty spaces on top , on bottom. in case, moving composition's preview on areas make disappear behind gray or empty spaces. i've got work @ 3,33% scale preview making impossible.

i.e.: add second panel preview top view or camera view have open panel, make size wonder fine, restart ae , composition previewing correctly in each window.

 

my specs:

microsoft windows 10 home

quadcore intel core i7-6700k, 4200 mhz (42 x 100)

asus maximus viii ranger (3 pci-e x1, 3 pci-e x16, 1 m.2, 4 ddr4 dimm, audio, video, gigabit lan)

intel sunrise point z170, intel skylake-s

bios ami (03/02/2016)

gpu gtx 970

 

all drivers date. (there's , update 5th of aug bios, current 1 in computer mars).

i'd updated computer 2 monts ago , on old computer had'nt issues. should do? install windows again? update bios drivers? idea?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
