Help: Lightroom Mobile deleted all my raw files

hello,

 

as far can determine, happened:

 

1. i've been taking pictures lightroom mobile iphone 7 plus, saving them in dng.

 

2. signed cc 30-day trial upload dng files , them onto mac (i read way, trying transfer images via imagecapture on mac transferred jpegs camera roll).

 

3. lightroom mobile on iphone 7 plus reported photos had finished syncing.

 

4. signed in onto cc on lightroom 5 on mac.

 

5. didn't see of dng files being downloaded, turned on 'sync lightroom mobile'.

 

6. there warning dialog @ time catalog replaced, didn't realize meant delete dng files on web instead of sync. promptly happened.

 

7. clicked on 'view synced collections on web' under 'help' , saw 0 files there.

 

8. real horror came when went lightroom mobile on iphone 7 plus , discovered dng files had been wiped off phone. can't find them!

 

question: still possible recover dng files, , if so, how?

this happened me - trying sync , warning on laptop did files deleted, phone wasn't synced yet (that trying do) when went phone dng files took on weekend gone!! i'd started using lightroom mobile, didn't have ton, did go? there way can recover them? can recovered?

 

i did call adobe, disconnected...

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
