i'm student @ academy of art university access adobe creative cloud desktop applications etla services (multilanguage). had software on macbook last year got dell pc couple months ago , work on decided renew subscription , download on pc. 1 year subscription expired yesterday (the 7th) needed renew it. went onto school website last night , received redemption code directions. clicked "redeem now" , signed in adobe id , answered few questions , creative cloud downloaded onto pc fine. once downloaded signed onto app. instead of saying "install" next apps said "try". downloaded trial version of creative cloud.... ??? when log account online still says under plans & products subscription expired. except when click on link underneath says renew subscription shows recent renewal expiration date next year. ??? downloaded adobe application manger after checking seems every single forum. downloads fine. click on "setup" , window pops it's ...

i created project template given me recruiter. created in captivate 7. when click preview, process wheel never resolves. when publish, click yes dialogue box preview, nothing happens. i've tried opening after publishing , blank page no error message. the platform mac os 10.11.6. can't think of unusual file. simulates software screenshots, audio, , mouse action, followed screenshots , hotspots. nothing haven't done many times before. difference template.   ideas? hmm.. sounds corrupt or maybe created in windows environment. i have cc photographers. keep working lr catalog in dropbox , access either macbook air laptop or imac desktop. both computers running same version of mac os. thinking of upgrading laptop new sierra os, because desktop older, thinking of perhaps not upgrading (it close minimum end of systems can run sierra). can tell me if there conflict using lr catalog between 2 computers if not both running same version of mac os. when catalog saved in later os, still compatible use on computer earlier version of mac os? thanks! barbara if machines using same version of software files should workable in both machines. i seeing of images appear underexposed between half , 1 stop after import. oddly no noise in introduced posting exposure makes no sense. images perfect on camera lcd understand based on jpegs.   i advised set picture control neutral , contrast -1, sharpness +6 in camera histogram produces close raw image histogram might have appeared (if there one).   i read elsewhere changing picture control impact on imported raw images, case? if so, there anyway can fix without of course clearing picture control settings? turn automatic d-lighting off in camera settings.
