Student ETLA Creative Cloud redeeming/activation trouble!


i'm student @ academy of art university access adobe creative cloud desktop applications etla services (multilanguage). had software on macbook last year got dell pc couple months ago , work on decided renew subscription , download on pc. 1 year subscription expired yesterday (the 7th) needed renew it. went onto school website last night , received redemption code directions. clicked "redeem now" , signed in adobe id , answered few questions , creative cloud downloaded onto pc fine. once downloaded signed onto app. instead of saying "install" next apps said "try". downloaded trial version of creative cloud.... ??? when log account online still says under plans & products subscription expired. except when click on link underneath says renew subscription shows recent renewal expiration date next year. ??? downloaded adobe application manger after checking seems every single forum. downloads fine. click on "setup" , window pops it's "updating adobe application manager". window closes , nothing else happens....

i've signed out of creative cloud multiple times.

i've checked app updates.

i've checked forums , cannot seem where.

my code has been been "redeemed" don't have software... i'm able download trial versions through creative cloud app.

 

has else had problem? do? have homework waiting....
