Couldn't access files:/

hi jason helped me on friday sending me email link adobe revel files, tried quite time couldn't access anything. i'm not sure if there in there or not extract them, think im pretty computter savy,  real challenge me....i  don't know why, tried on laptop , phone, downloaded file openers couldn't it:/ can suggest anything  or me please?

the email account have associated forum doesn't contain why revel downloader isn't showing anything.

 

if know had previous revel account may have used facebook or google log in - or perhaps used different email.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
