Accuracy of "Adobe Standard" Camera Calibration profiles in Lightroom vs X-Rite

hi all,

 

it understanding adobe standard camera calibration profiles developed adobe using color charts accurate color matching (for supported cameras, of course), opposed more specific profiles (eg, fuji x100, "camera velvia / vivid") try reverse-engineer camera "secret-sauce" settings applied in rendering jpeg given effect/film emulation.

 

now, have seen authoritative recommendations on web if seeking follow workflow aiming @ consistency , tonal accuracy, *need* create own camera profile (eg, dual-illuminant profile using x-rite passport colorchecker), adobe standard profiles not suitable.  can understand there may sufficient variations due use of different lenses on same camera body may warrant re-calibration due tonal shifts, color separation, etc., cameras have non-interchangeable lens (eg, fuji x100, ricoh gr, etc.)?

 

i wouldn't think production-related variations within single camera model impact color rendering significantly, , trust adobe's engineers more myself in making accurate profile (using more controlled lighting sources, etc.).

 

so, gives?  have more precise information goes in in creating adobe standard profiles, , has compared them custom-made profile own fixed-lens camera?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
