CC Desktop App serving up old versions of apps

has encountered yet? it's bizarre , has our dept serving team of designers baffled...

here's wrote adobe in chat support opening explanation...

 

current subscriber - corp acc- numerous licenses individual designers individual adobe id's (but under 1 corp acc)

setting new windows 10 machine:

downloaded , installed creative cloud desktop app.

installed indesign cc. upon opening indesign cc apparent not latest version. checked "about indesign..." , confirmed version @ least 2 versions (11.0.0.72)  number of team members have updated indesign using creative cloud app versions 11.4.0.90 , latest, 11.4.1.102.  (they using windows 7 pcs... receiving update notifications cc , updating... , getting latest)

now going on , why latest version of creative cloud desktop app serve version of indesign 2 versions old?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
