Closed captions don't display?

i quite new premiere, followed instructions of creating closed captions are: file-new-captions.

i wrote text , set time time want displayed in video. dragged captions timeline , show nothing. enabled closed captions , tried changing time supposed appear in, nothing works. captions in timeline show supposed played in different time time set them to, in time won't show. here's screenshot if helps:  https://gyazo.com/9fa8ed4c4af1647a0023595e863d27d4

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
