Can't Install The Latest Version of Flash - Please Help

any page uses flash player create notification allow or continue blocking.   1.) using firefox  49.0.1     2.) flash 22.0.0.209 - why there 2 listings of flash in add-ons? can't remove either of them?     3.) player element reads: "this plugin vulnerable , should updated"     4.) go download page.  note version: 23.0.0.162     5.) download file     6.) open download installation file     7.) confirm install     8.) blank window appears title "adobe download manager" - nothing happens     9.) close window , blank page opens in internet explorer "get.adobe.com/flashplayer"     10.) .exe install file gone - didn't delete it. has removed itself     --   q.1) idea what's going on here?   q.2) how can install latest version?   q.3) why have 2 versions in add-ons , how delete older version?   update: ran flash-uninstaller version 18 still remains in add-on list...

Unable to open Lightroom 6 since updating MacBook OS to Sierra.

since updating macbook os sierra can no longer open lr 6 (error message .. ''lr may damaged or incomplete''). suggestions how resolve problem? after updating os x necessary trash prefs. start quitting lightroom. launch finder , on menu bar click “go” whilst holding down optn(alt) key , choose library. open preferences folder , trash 2 plist files relating lr6 (see image below) then re-launch lightroom. n.b. apple hides user library until alt key depressed. Fade Logo from top/sides

i looking have logo fade left, right , top until appears small circle. new after effects , wondered if point me in right direction. thank you! you can add mask feathered edge , animate mask. you can create gradient shape want fade assume , use gradient wipe.   you can use blurred layers track mattes , animate position.   but sounds more want transform shape of logo , deform small circle disappears. if case options include distortion tools in ae.  fading means opacity when turns small circle confused. Lightbox page width problem on mobile design

Trying... and failing to make a map

hi there, i have been trying use telugu (indian language) fonts in indesign cs6 , cc failed. im pagemaker 6.5 user , there company provided software call "anu" activates different telugu keyboards , provides  fonts, worked pm 6.5. have shifted indesign software no longer supports ind cs6 or cc. have contacted anu company, regarding compatibility, , planning updates in year or two. im asking there way can use telugu fonts in indesign ? i'm trying upload application itunes app store using itunes connect , application loader via phonegap. i'm getting following 2 errors. error itms - 90005 : "this bundle invalid. icon file [path file]/icon.png must in .png format."   error itms - 90005 : "this bundle invalid. icon file [path file]/icon@2x.png must in .png format." i can assure icon files indeed in .png format when send them phonegap. have ideas on why i'm getting error? InDesign: deleting unwanted styles

os10.11.6 indesign cc   i started getting weird problem in cs6 year or back. plunged cc, hoping 1 of things have been corrected, seems not ... the problem when import word doc , delete unwanted imported styles (by highlighting style(s) in menu , clicking on bin icon), if 1 style has multiple names, menu stretches width of screen include names. fair enough, on, every time delete unwanted styles (paragraph , character), menu still way wide. restarting id doesn't - way found stop delete preferences , start over. can't find having similar problem anywhere in forums ... can help??   the way found stop delete preferences , start over. even after deleted preferences, return back? Captivate 9 - HTML5 Content Will Not Load

using captivate v9.0.1.324. have couple of projects not load in browser when published html5. when trying load index.htm page see loading icon (spinning circle) , all. i've tested different browsers , on different computers , still have same problem. projects work fine swf , there no errors/notices in html5 tracker.   unfortunately site use review allows captivate projects published html5 in .zip package. since project never loads reviewers unable make comments. i've googled , searched adobe forums , haven't found solutions.   any suggestions on how track problem down appreciated. did upload webserver? in case you'll able see full functionality. lightroom will not copy files to catalog after downloading window 10

has 1 out there had trouble files not being able copied catalog? catalog on internal drive , says "could not copy backup" files not copied lr catalog file. imported means lr catalog file database file references image files database stored on hard drive. if using copy option in lr import dialog window when getting image files memory card came camera destination location have selected not have proper write permissions user name. win 10 more restrictive on folder permissions earlier version of windows. first thing check permissions on folder have selected destination. or select different destination folder know sure user name has write permissions. además de los que os comentaba en otra pregunta y relacionada con esa,   ahora en el ordenador que me funcionaban las etiquetas mirado y en la opcion de metadatos, conjunto de etiquetas de color, no había nada seleccionado, le dado ajustes por de fecto de lightroom y me lo ha puesto como el otro, todas las que tenian colores las ha puesto una etiqueta blanca, y ahora no puedo volver atras. como puedo recuperar los etiquetas de color', probado el resto de opcione y nada,   necesto recuperarlas, gracias uhmmmm..., si las has cambiado, accidentalmente o no, dudo que puedas recuperarlas. Alpha channel rendering question

not sure if indesign or photoshop question - maybe both.   in screen grab, have exact same psd placed in indd on top of medium blue box - high resolution display turned on. image c uses alpha channel , image b uses photoshop path. can see how imperfect alpha channel in couple of areas. this photoshop image - clarity, added bright blue background can see alpha channel separation clean.   in end, created path make perfect, why discrepancy in indd between two? this preview. if not have problems in exported pdf - never mind. preview not equal original. Sequece that could not be opened. This needs to be fixed!

i editing short film sitting @ hundreds of clips of audio , video. created project past weekend intended film. next day open , of course come screen of death.   "this project contained sequence not opened. no sequence type preview preset file or codec associated sequence type."   this problem , many, many other premiere pro users have been plagued by.   i know of open new project place old 1 inside of it, partially solves it. cuase once open new 1 next day, same message.   not mention when import old project new one, imports footage 1 time line. not unused clips or else. as result have go though hundreds of clips, , find out ones not used, including synced audio, room tone, sound effects , organizing in project bin. time , money wasting clicking folders.10   i need permanent solution.   i'm working in adobe premiere pro cc 2015.3 , date. my computer specs intel i5 6400 processor 32 gb of ram nivida gtx 950 graphics card   please me , of adobe premiere ...

i have adobe acrobat pro dc 2015.006.30033 , have been getting message when trying edit existing pdf documents: "this feature not included in current acrobat license".  have run repair no success, removed , reinstalled product same results.  adobe reader not installed on computer , documents opening in acrobat not browser.  have solution this?   thanks! if uninstalling alone did not rid of problem, run adobe's "cleaner" tool after uninstalling. normal uninstall operation leaves stuff behind, tool remove related adobe acrobat or free reader:   download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs   unfortunately, cleaner tool available windows.  More discussions in Editing & Exporting PDFs adobe

Very slow – especially in Plan View

the "plan view/tab" in muse really slow.   all of adobe applications snappy , fast work with. not adobe muse.   adding/arranging pages takes forever. have 40-50 pages, not crazy stuff.   i running 2015.2.1.21 on mac pro.   anyone else having problem? wognum написал(а):   i have 40-50 pages, not crazy stuff.   such page count is quite difficult for muse productivity. do not create sites with more than 15 - 20 pages. Layer malfunction

yesterday got following problem!   when opening picture file layer locked. removing lock results in transparent background layer. flatten image returns lock. the effect is, selecting area of picture copying returns marking rounded corners, , copy fading center outward. this makes impossible use photoshop.   i using adobe elements v/10.0 in win 10 64bit system.   anyone have solution problem? moving photoshop elements More discussions in Photoshop Elements adobe

j'ai une illustration vectorielle téléchargée de adobestock qui est pixelisée quand je l'ouvre dans illustrator cc 2015.3 et je ne peux pas la modifier. quelqu'un sait pourquoi ? bonjour, ne te vexe pas par ma réponse.  je n'ai pas une expérience sur adobe stock mais es-tu d'avoir ouvert le fichier .ai ou.eps et non une imagette .jpg qui accompagne parfois les fichiers vectoriels.? autre possibilité, le fichier téléchargé n'est pas encore enregistré comme acheté .(sorte d'épreuve d'essai). dès qu'il le sera ton fichier sera reconnu comme vectoriel. yesterday, build started producing _error - 1 of plugins requires parameter: url_scheme_ error.   after *a lot* of debugging, here's are: - if create new app zip - works fine - if create new app passing bitbucket repo url (with username:password in front), newly created phb app has settings defaulted (name, platforms, etc).   looks it's ignoring config.xml when pull repo. hash of latest commit correct, however. things check: 1. config.xml contain well-formed, valid xml? please check lint or online validator 2. index.html , config.xml in same directory? 3. sure don't have other file in assets called 'index.html', anywhere in directory structure? hi!   i know how possible make page background resize according content. here example of i'm trying achieve:     thank you! appreciate much. unless you're doing shouldn't, default page height "auto" meaning height determined amount of content inside it.    if have lots of content, page height greater.  if content minimal, page height shorter.   nancy o. What's wrong with my clone tool?

i've been trying edit lines out of film footage clone stamp tool activating clone source overlay, picking correct color, clicking , dragging , painting on lines clone tool, isn't working properly. tool either painting in black or removing pixels, not sure, , instead of painting 1 line, it's painting in two. hope clear enough explanation. i'm frustrated. i've closed down , opened new projects on , over. have computer not having correct graphics card or need reinstall program? suggestions. have typed clone tool in search field @ top right corner of ae , checked out community resources , files. folks try , use clone tool first time run kinds of problems.   if have used clone tool in past please post workflow details , screenshot os , adobe versions down last decimal point. PDF creation error "invalidfileaccess"

i'm switching new pc. here configs:   old pc: windows 7, frame 8, acrobat 9. new pc: windows 10,  frame 8, acrobat 9.   i loaded software windows 10 pc, copied frame files. cannot create pdf. message "invalidfieaccess". i've tried both save , print option adobe driver default. created simple files , of them work...most don't.   i noticed "microsoft print pdf" driver , although can't save as,  can print driver , produce pdf.   what's adobe pdf driver? acrobat 9 not compatible windows 10. it's barely compatible windows 7... time upgrade. [Android] Can't download and open file in Adobe Reader app

Adobe Premeiere Elements 4.0 Activations

some years ago purchased online adobe premeiere elements 4.0. installed on old computer upgraded. old hard disk put in new machine store , access old files. went disk , ran setup file install new disk. when started program on new installation got 'too many activations' message. uninstalled , ran old version try , deactivate. program started gave me 'too many activations' message. unable deactivate cannot installation of program it!. despite being old version program paid for, can't use. have tried convoluted forums cannot find specific this. can please? thanks, phil try contacting support , start on-line chat. officially there no support older products; make clear not looking support need activations re-set.   contact | adobe More discussions in Downloading, Installing, Setting Up adobe

Earlier CS version legacy "Effects" support dropped or bug (Add Arrowheads).

if have files "effects" applied strokes using old effect panel e.g. 'add arrowheads' (i think cs4), these supported fine in illustrator 2015 appearance panel looks support might have been been dropped in 2015.3. appearance panel still shows applied effects you'll "failed process appearance of object" error if try edit stroke. think may bug rather deliberate lack of support since effects listed in appearance panel. have reported bug , feature request. if stroke 'effects' translated on opening latest stroke panel way of doing things. i discovered last week, when editing old file hadn't been touched in several years. took few moments me realize arrowheads cause of error. CC installer launching multiple times to fail

hey guys,   i have had around , not find happening client trying install cc for.   user has downloaded adobe cc install, when click on installer, starts thinking few minutes , not launch, no error messages or anything, not launch. thought off tried same task manager open , found tries launch installer close 30 times , crashes out having many sessions open.   thought might funky installer deleted , re-downloaded installer , tried again , same thing.   user's machine running on win 7 pro 32bit os, , has reader dc, photoshop , flash installed.   is there missing here?   tia help.   cheers james moving creative cloud download & install   hi james,   did try running administrator right clicking , selecting option?   regards, sheena More discussions in Creative Cloud Download & Install adobe

Multiple licenses on one Adobe ID account

my company has purchased multiple retail copies of cs6 master collection. director, install , register each of these copies on separate pcs  , manage copies, single adobe id account, similar way creative cloud teams works. possible, , how done? interesting question... know "regular" cloud id may not activate more 2 computers on 1 subscription, , have read that same single cloud id may not have more 1 subscription   i know staff @ university used work installed programs (i retired long before cloud subscriptions) going guess create business id , install & activate many cs6 serial numbers want   but, since don't work adobe, best guess   try chat... , hope has worked adobe long enough know done 4 year old cs6   chat help: mon - fri  5am - 7pm  (us pacific time) <=== note days , time be sure remain signed in adobe id before accessing link below http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html More discussions in Downloading, Installing...
