Captivate 9 - HTML5 Content Will Not Load

using captivate v9.0.1.324. have couple of projects not load in browser when published html5. when trying load index.htm page see loading icon (spinning circle) , all. i've tested different browsers , on different computers , still have same problem. projects work fine swf , there no errors/notices in html5 tracker.

 

unfortunately site use review allows captivate projects published html5 in .zip package. since project never loads reviewers unable make comments. i've googled , searched adobe forums , haven't found solutions.

 

any suggestions on how track problem down appreciated.

did upload webserver? in case you'll able see full functionality.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
