Edits in Powerpoint not uploading to Captivate 9

hello everyone,

 

i new captivate 9 , hoping little bit of help. powerpoint slides upload nicely in captivate 9 however, when edit pp , click on save in top left hand corner, edits not save captivate 9 files , receive error message. using newest version of pp. can me please? appreciate it. thank you. once pp linked captivate 9 how can pp edits save in captivate 9?

are seeing issue when using powerpoint 2016?

if yes, is a known issue , working on fix this.

as of now, the workaround can suggest case you edit presentation separately in powerpoint (instead of round tripping) , use sync feature library update imported slides. help. :)

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
